Google Docs - How many times have you went back and forth wit someone when updating a Word document? Or how many times have you emailed yourself a document so you have it on another computer? With Google Docs, it is all right there for you, always. You have multiple people looking at the same document, seeing the real-time updates! You can create documents, spreadsheets, presentations and even forms that capture information!

Google Cloud Connect -This will make your life so much easier to continue using Microsoft Word or Excel AND Google Docs. Cloud Connect allows you to sync your Microsoft files with your Google Account so everything is always up-to-date, even when you are not using Google!
